Notoriety is how well known you are in a local area, and that will directly effect your Local Reputation, after all, how can you garner a reputation if you are not well known? Both are equally important, you must have the support of the common people, but also the nobility, it is a fine line to walk! This reputation is shaped by two areas: the Noble folk, Lords, Ladies etc, and then the common folk. Local Reputation as it sounds, determines your reputation in a local area, such as Kings Landing, Winterfell, etc. UNLOCKED: Local Reputation and Notoriety. You've made a name for yourself!
