Notoriety is how well known you are in a local area, and that will directly effect your Local Reputation, after all, how can you garner a reputation if you are not well known? Both are equally important, you must have the support of the common people, but also the nobility, it is a fine line to walk! This reputation is shaped by two areas: the Noble folk, Lords, Ladies etc, and then the common folk. Local Reputation as it sounds, determines your reputation in a local area, such as Kings Landing, Winterfell, etc. UNLOCKED: Local Reputation and Notoriety. You've made a name for yourself! Add 1 CHA but be cautious it's not always a good thing, time to start shaping your name and reputation… The King moved over to them, and Jon knew all eyes, even as the King clapped his hand on Robbs shoulder as the guest of honour, that all eyes were on him.
